1915 : Progress Update #2

All engineering releases to manufacturing have been completed. The project is 100% on the shop floor.
During the system design process there were a couple of changes we would like to share with you.
- An addition of another conveyor was added to the system to control bag traffic between the automated fillers and the manual filler (paint line)
- The reject conveyor system required some additional automation to avoid being an obstacle for the robot.
Images have been provided below of the system as designed and also the two areas mentioned.
What is needed:
- Product and Empty Bags for testing
- (1) Full pallet of the largest and (1) full pallet of the smallest product that the palletizer will be handling
- At least (75) empty bags of each size that the robotic placing system will be handling (agg line)
- Payment for “Completion of Engineering” milestone
